Pane Bianco by local celebrity Chef Chris Bianco (as seen in Netflix series Chef's Table: Pizza). Open for only lunch, Pane featured split focaccia sandwiches. The focaccia breads were baked to order in a wood-fired oven, and served with fresh, local ingredients ranging from heirloom tomatoes, house-made mozzarella, eggplant Parmigiano and more. Pane Bianco has been voted best sandwich in Phoenix on several occasions.
